He is survived by: his close friend Renee LeClair Hammond; his son Douglas Hammond (Megan) of Birch Run; his stepchildren, Eric LeClair (Emily) of Waxhaw, NC, Raymond LeClair of Tega Cay, SC and Elisha Gill of Raleigh, NC; his stepgrandchildren, Ariana, Chris Gallagher and Henri LeClair; and his siblings, Gregory, Jeffrey Hammond, Darlene Savage (Michael) and Diana Rappley.
