He was predeceased by: his father Walter Rau; his wife Grace Rau; his grandson Austin Martini; and his great grandchild Kevin Coombs. He is survived by: his significant other Grace Krapohl; his children, Roger Rau of Bridgeport, MI, Randy Rau (Connie) of Indianapolis, IN, Linda Fortunato (Tony) of Greenacres, FL and Cindy Martini (Scott) of Cincinnati, OH; his grandchildren, Mindi Coombs, Ryan Rau (Jessica), Anthony Fortunato (Zarina), Samantha Campbell (Jarrett), Tyler Martini (Abby) and Danielle Martini; his sisters, Lois Steffen and Ruth Riedeman; and his sister-in-law Dorothy Devereaux. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
