She was predeceased by: her father Clayton Perkett; her husband Lee Warner; and her son Alan Warner. She is survived by: her children, Carole Krueger (Richard), Gerald Warner (Karen), Janet Nykamp (Jim), Barbara Flokstra (Jim) and Many; and her daughter-in-law Joyce Warner. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, extended family, and wonderful friends.
