He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Holtz and Ruth Holtz (Kappler); his son Todd Douglas Holtz; and his sister Sandra (Sye Malins). He is survived by: his wife Anita; his nephews, Stefan (Roa Malins) and Andzej Malins; and his great-nieces, Jasmine and CJ Malins.
