He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Miller; his daughters, Lauri Dlubala-Madison (Lisa) of Chesapeake and Charla Madison-McKinney (Kevin James) of Zionsville, Indiana; his stepchildren, Norma Schmidt (David) of Fairfield and Larry Michael (Randi) of Frankenmuth, Michigan; his grandchildren, Aubrea (Dustin), Kimberly (Clinton), Reecy (Matt), Hatchell, Andrew, Nathan and Gabbie; and his great grandchildren, Jacob, Daphne, Max, Brayden, Ellie, Esther and Luna.
