She was predeceased by: her parents, Hilda Jones Donkerbrook and Jack Donkerbrook; her husband Lee Phibbs; and her siblings, Jim, Donald, Jack Donkerbrook and Charlotte Stevenson.
She is survived by: her sister Joyce Means; and her children, Candy Decker (Pete), Sandy Lemon (Bob), Cindy Englehart (Tom) and Kevin Phibbs (Bonnie). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the "Phibbs Family Good Kid Scholarship Fund" in Connie's name.
