He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Albert Canfield and Hazel Mae Canfield (Kuehn); and his sister Margary Perkins (Canfield). He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Jean Gentry; his sons, Michael (Carla Slatten), Tom (Becky Goodimote), John, Edward (Cheryl Barker) and Keith (Carrie Rostar); and his sister Dorotha. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great and great-great grandchildren.
