She is survived by: her children, Terri Bolyard (Eric) of St. Johns, MI, Jason Smith (Cari) of Fowler, MI, Stacey Smith (Will Moser) of Anchorage, AK, Scott Smith of St. Johns, MI, Mark Smith of St. Johns, MI and Jeff Smith of Carson City, MI; her grandchild Madison Bolyard; her children, Tristan, Quentin, Kaedyn Smith, Katlyn and Cody Smith; her great grandchildren, Logan and Hayven Smith; and her pet Bo.
