He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Horton and Adella Horton (Wallace); his children, Terry John Horton and Shari Kay Horton; and his sisters, Sharon Burden and Charlene Prestley.
He is survived by: his sons, Gary Robert Horton (Carolyn) and Richard Kenneth Horton II; his grandchildren, Mason Jonker, Ryan Horton, Aminda Horton, Taylor Horton and Garrett Horton; his brothers, Norman Horton, David Horton (Joyce) and Gerald Horton (LuAnn); his brothers-in-law, Harry Burden and Theodore Prestley; and his significant other Cindy Carpenter.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Michigan.
