He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Halbert and Velma E. Halbert (Frutig); his wife Jennie Halbert (Laudenslager); and his sister-in-law Bobbie Halbert. He is survived by: his daughters, Traci Kuis and Jodi Pio; his grandchildren, Alicia Pio and Andrea Parker; his great grandchildren, Emmit Parker, Ivy Parker and Logan Wnuk; and his siblings, Gene Halbert (Joyce) and Garry Halbert. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
