It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vikki Lynn Draves (Fostoria, Michigan), born in Pontiac, Michigan, who passed away on May 5, 2019, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by : her children, Joshua Mitchell (Kellie) of Flint and Nicole; her grandchildren, Connor, Payton Mitchell, Tristen and Laidian Beebe; her fiancé Terry Parker; and her brothers, Phillip Proper Sr. of Mayville and Douglas Proper of Flint.
