He was predeceased by : his son Daniel Smoke; his parents, Leo Smoke and Margaret Smoke; and his brothers, Clark and William Smoke.
He is survived by : his wife Ruth; his children, Jennifer Podczerviensky (Frank) of Herndon, Robert Smoke Jr. of Fostoria and Sarah Smoke of Fostoria; his sister Mary Theeuwes (Karl) of Lapeer; and his granddaughters, Jessica and Marissa Foster of Virginia.
Memorials may be directed to the family for Special Olympics Area 13.
