She was predeceased by : her parents, Hugh Manning and Evelyn Manning (Suddith); her husband Carl McDowell; and her siblings, Donna, Dorothy and Willis.
She is survived by : her children, Christina McBride (Steve) of Fenton, Russell McDowell (Sandy) of Fenton and Tim McDowell (Sheri) of Davison; and her sister Doris Coqigne. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
