He was predeceased by : his children, Meleny Budreau and Gerald Jr. Budreau; and his brothers, Donald, Robert, Bernie and Peter.

He is survived by : his wife Karen June; his children, Steve Budreau of Mayville, Jonathan Budreau of Mayville, Tony (Lauren) of Attica, Brenda Buhl (Frank) of Mayville and Tori Budreau of Midland; and his siblings, Arthur Jr. Budreau (Janet) of Florida, Larry Budreau (Joyce) of Michigan, Carol Bonnell (Terry) of Grand Rapids, Ruth Trisch (Larry) of Caro, Janet Letson (Clyde) of Caro and Linda Leeseberg of Nevada. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
