She was predeceased by : her parents, Russell Stapleton and Lucille Stapleton (Schade); and her husband Robert "Cutty" Schauer. She is survived by : her children, Katy Hormel (Ron) and Rusty Schauer (Shannon); her grandchildren, Ethan, Lillian Schauer and Reyna Hormel; her siblings, Delores Timperley and Victor Stapleton; and her close friend Darwin Buhl.
