She is survived by : her siblings, Bill Peckat (Theresa), Chuck Peckat (Linda), Rick LaChappelle (Denise), Tony LaChappelle, Pamela Moore (Robert) and Cindy Wenta (Jim). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
