He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Elmore (Ralph) and Wesley Kerbyson (Irma); his grandson Daniel Watson; his siblings-in-law, Gilbert Nichols, Thomas Nichols, Roberta Nichols, Jan Nichols and Marlene Nichols; and his niece Terri Nichols.
He is survived by: his wife Merilyn; his daughters, Dawn Kettlewell (Randy), Joy Barnhouse (Matt) and Becky Watson (Harry); his stepchildren, Brian Gardiner (Debbie) and Nicole Carlson (Derek); his grandchildren, Scott Kettlewell (Theresa), Jeremy Kettlewell (Nikki), Nicholas Watson (Katie) and Mackenzie Watson; his stepgrandchildren, David Gardiner, Tanya Hale (Spenser), Ashley Christiansen, Justin Christiansen and Grace Carlson; and his pet Oliver.
