She was predeceased by: her parents, John and Jeannine; her sister Mary E. Elliott; and her son-in-law Joel D. Compton. She is survived by: her husband Thomas W. Brough; her daughters, Kimberely Paeth (Mark), Michelle Enright, Angela Compton and Kayleigh Rose; her brothers, Skip Dmytryshyn (Diane), Mitch Elliott (Cathy) and Tony Elliott (Deb); and her close friend Maryann Dudd. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; four great grandchildren.

Susan's family prefers that memorial contributions be made to Blue Water Area Humane Society.
