He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivon Booth and Elizabeth Booth; and his daughter Cara Lambert. He is survived by: his wife Susan "Susie" Bergdoll Hendrick; his children, Robert Lambert (Brandy), Nathan Hendrick (Tiffany), Cody Lambert (Jenna), Terri Pulleyblank (Mark), Brenda Burleigh (Terry) and Jessica Utley (Chris); and his sisters, Patricia Piper and Diane Palmateer. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
