It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert E. Jarvis of Fort Gratiot, Michigan, born in Port Huron, Michigan, who passed away on August 2, 2020, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Jarvis and Nellie Jarvis. He is survived by: his wife Edith Baumann; his children, Richard Jarvis, Rodney Jarvis (Darlene), Christina Skornicka (Steven) and Mark Jarvis; and his grandchildren, Jason, Joshua, Nicholas, Anne, Hannah, Ashley and Christina. He is also survived by three great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Military honors will be conducted under the auspices of the St. Clair County Veterans Honor Guard and the U.S. Army.Memorial contributions may be made to St Mary Catholic Church, Port Huron.Arrangements are by Karrer-Simpson Funeral Home.
