He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Woods and Katherine Woods. He is survived by: his children, Christopher Woods (Michelle) and Katherine Yermak (David); his grandchildren, Liam, Logan Woods, Carter, Alexander Corpuz and Leah Yermak; and his sister Mary LaPier.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
