It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Axford (Fort Gratiot, Michigan), born in Port Huron, Michigan, who passed away on June 13, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Axford and Margaret Axford; and his siblings, Barbara Sibilla (Albert) and Donald Axford. He is survived by: his wife Sharon L. Hammang; and his children, David Axford (Vicky), Kirk Axford (Jill) and Ann-Marie Porath (Michael). He is also survived by several step-grandchildren, step-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
