She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvin Hayward and Kathleen Hayward. She is survived by: her significant other Kerry Sears; her siblings, Michele H. Hayward (Michael A. Cinquino), Heather A. Bringard (late Richard Bringard) and Staate W. Hayward; her nieces, Amanda Maskoyvak (Alex) and Melinda Gardiner (John); her nephew Michael Bringard; her great-niece Amelia Kathleen; and her great-nephew Walter Richard Gardiner.
