He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Zakrzewski and Tillie Hackett; his former wife Lyn Zakrzewski (Welch); and his sister Rita Konopka. He is survived by: his wife West; his children, Jackie and Dave Zakrzewski; his grandson John; and his siblings, David Zakrzewski (Sharon), Bernadette Houchin, Lou Adams (Jack) and Monica Lee (Parvin). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
