She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Engelgau and Marie Engelgau; her husband Donald F. Stein; her sons-in-law, George Kandler and Ralph Cannon; her grandson Nathaniel Aaron Stein; her siblings, Don Engelgau, Elinor Siemen and Kay Gibson; and her siblings-in-law, Ron Siemen and Betty Engelgau.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Keary (Dan), Diane Kandler, Lisa Cannon, David Stein (Janine), Mark Stein (Cherie) and Christopher Stein (Christine Ann). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Port Huron Musicale or the Lexington Arts Council - Bach Festival.
