She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Winch and Lottie Winch; her husband Darrel W. Smith; and her brother Claude Winch. She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Hale (Robert) and Darrel Smith Jr. (Rhonda Laming); her grandchildren, Robert Dingman Jr., Alisha Foltz (Brad) and Megan Powers (John); her great grandchildren, Parker Dingman, Tanner Dingman, Kasey Ross, Landry Ross, Bryce Foltz, Brock Foltz, Elliott Powers and Aiden Powers; and her siblings, Ialene Wynkoop and Melvin Winch (Sherry). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Clair County Council on Aging or the Blue Water Hospice Home.
