He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Conley and Gladys Conley. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Lindstrom; his sons, Douglas Conley (Heather) and Kirk Conley (Kari); his grandchildren, Cade, Kevin, Cory, Trevor and Quinn Conley; and his pet Tanner.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
