It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joseph John Gurzick of Fort Gratiot, Michigan, born in Fowlerville, Michigan, who passed away on March 22, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Gurzick and Veronica Gurzick (Resetar); his wife Dorothy Ann McCumons; and his sister Lillian Rich (Jerry). He is survived by: his children, Joseph Gurzick of Carsonville, Steven Gurzick (Julie) of Yale, Tami Matta (Jerry) of Howell and Shelly Mida (Robert) of St. Clair; and his sister Dorothy DeLong (Robert) of Sandusky. He is also survived by six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church in Emmett.
