He was predeceased by: his parents, John Slezinski and Francis Slezinski; his mother-in-law Sandra K. Underwood; and his siblings, Dolores, Delphine and Aloysius.
He is survived by: his son Stephen Slezinski (Kym); his grandsons, Ryan Slezinski (Tracy) and Matthew Slezinski (Ashlee); his great grandchild Aubree; and his brother-in-law Fred Jernigan (Kathy).
In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes may be made to Lake Huron Medical Center.
