He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Jensen and Mabel Jensen (Johnson); and his son Jon Derek Jensen. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Charlene Frizzle; and his daughters, Melodie Goniwicha (Don) and Holly Jensen-Tucker (Dale). He is also survived by His wife, daughters and sons-in-law.
