He was predeceased by: his parents, John Spadafore and Mary Spadafore. He is survived by: his wife Judy Foster; his sons, Jim (Angela) and John Spadafore (Laura); his grandchildren, Jordan, Laren, Lainey, Lucas, Lillian and Liam; his siblings, Jerry Spadafore (Sharon), Jean M. Spadafore and Barbara J. Radford; and his siblings-in-law, Marsha Fairman and John Foster (Mary). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
