He was predeceased by: his parents, Wellington Ainsworth and Florence Ainsworth; his former wife Lois; his siblings, Beverly Donaldson and Gary Donaldson; and his grandson Curtis.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Crull; his children, Christine Bennett (Joseph), Tim Ainsworth (Pam), Sara Ainsworth, Julie Mosurak, Tara Spradlin (Shane), Christina Crull and Robert Crull; his granddaughter Amber Sosa; and his sister Janet Bilyeu. He is also survived by daughter; four great grandchildren.
