He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Theisen and Grace Theisen; his son Michael; his granddaughter Elise Theisen; and his sister Beverly Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Carroll; his children, Daniel Theisen (Andrea Jackson) and Anne Theisen (Skip Story); his granddaughter Cherie Rushton (Jeremy); his great grandchildren, Colbin, Hunter, Jersie and Sawyer; his daughter-in-law Michele Theisen; and his sister Suzanne White. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family prefers memorial contributions be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
