It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Genevieve Johnston of Fort Gratiot, Michigan, born in Lexington, Michigan, who passed away on August 22, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Wideman and Velma Wideman; her son Jerry Johnston (Julie); her grandson Jeff Karl; and her great great grandchild Anthony Johnston.
She is survived by: her children, Philip Johnston (Melanie), Annie Karl (Brian) and Vicky Marigold (Joseph); her daughter-in-law Clara Johnston; and her pet Lilly. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
