He is survived by: his wife Rosemary; his children, Debbie Francek, Darcy Ottenbacher (Norman) and Andrew Francek; his grandchildren, Amberlynn Ottenbacher, Jacob Francek and Owen Francek; his brothers, Barry, Chuck, Mark and Paul Francek; his niece Tracy Kozlowski (Mike); and his great-niece Hannah Kozlowski.
