He is survived by: his wife Kay; his children, James Slowinski (Lisa) and Sara Jacokes (Paul); his grandchildren, Timothy Slowinski, Abigail Meduvsky (Zachary), Michael, Matthew, Benjamin, Caleb, Daniel and Emma Jacokes; and his sister Theresa Roy (Stephen Bryce).
