He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo O'Connor and Grace O'Connor; his children, Thomas Leo O'Connor and Vicki Sue O'Connor; his grandsons, Matthew and David Kerr Jr.; and his siblings, Marge Looney (Jack), Beatrice Norman (Bob), William O'Connor (Eleanor), George O'Connor, Bob O'Connor, Marion Hitcock and Catherine Ireland.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly A. Hawley; his children, William O'Connor (William Rice), Edward J. "Joe" O'Connor Jr. and Anna Nuss; his daughter-in-law Linda Bolsby; his grandchildren, Missy Loudenback (Trent), Kayla Powers (Patrick), Jodi Soucy (Donnie), Tyler O'Connor, Patrick O'Connor (Ashley), Jacklyn Wagner (Jacob) and Jeremy O'Connor (Michelle); his great grandchildren, Parker, Bradon, Kameron, Kason, Karder, Connor, Liam, Caden, Sawyer, Aubrey, Lilah, Rylee, Alyssa and Phil'ip; his siblings, Carolyn Dody, Clara Will (John) and Wayne O'Connor (Becky); and his siblings-in-law, Kay O'Connor, Rose Hawley, Jane Roberts (Gary), Gerald Hitcock and Jud Ireland. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
