She is survived by: her husband Joseph Gurzick; her children, Joseph, Steven Gurzick, Tami Matta and Shelly Mida; and her siblings, Paul McCumons, Linda Ross, Barbara Harris and Sherry Maxwell. She is also survived by six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
