It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah L. Axelrod of Fort Gratiot, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on December 17, 2022, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Darwin VanSlyke; and her son Daniel Alan Axelrod. She is survived by: her daughters, Jody VanSlyke, Kristy Harvey and Tammy Hall (Kenneth); her grandchildren, Keely, Adam, Conner, Colin, Kaylie, Zachary, Hayley, Olivia, Emma, Rylan, Zoey and Owen; and her siblings, Sherry Taylor (Jerry) and Frederick VanSlyke (Valerie). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
