He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank H. Maggs and Marion I. Maggs. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie L. Marston; his son James Maggs (Carrie); his siblings, Valerie McNeill (Jack) and Terry Maggs (Diane); his sister-in-law Susan Dykstra; and his nieces and nephews, Brad McNeill, Greg McNeill (Tatiana), Lee Maggs (Nicola), Tracy Maggs and Melissa Dykstra.
