It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Gerhard (Fort Gratiot, Michigan), born in Dearborn, Michigan, who passed away on January 19, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Gerhard and Agnes Gerhard (Job); her brother Charles Gerhard; her niece Jaqueline; and her siblings-in-law, Linda Gerhardt, Robert Thompson and William Yotsen.
She is survived by: her friend Sue; her siblings, Dorothy Yotsen and Henry Gerhard; her nieces and nephews, Keith, Rebecca, Denise, Howard, Valerie, Matthew and Sean; her cousins, Virginia Walter and Joan Gerhard; and her close friend Pat Decker.
She was diagnosed with Alzheimer's' in 2018 when a family friend, Sue, stepped in to help look after her, along with caregivers Cindy, Tanya, and Tara.
