She is survived by: her husband Phillip Martin Stein; her daughters, Lynn Eyre and Kim Bethway; her grandchildren, Jamie Eyre, Michelle Smith (David) and Amanda Bethway; her great grandchild Tucker Stover; her great-niece Holly Lakin; and her stepchildren, Martin Stein (Patricia), Frank Stein (Debbie), Diane Foglesong (Robert) and Marsha Barker (Marlin). She is also survived by several sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law and other relatives.
