She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert English and Marie English; and her sister Mary Lou Brodie. She is survived by: her husband John H. "Jack" Kessel; her children, Daniel Kessel (Ruth), Robert Kessel (Cynthia), Katherine Fannon, Lisa Mertz (Mark) and Karl Kessel; her grandchildren, Kelly Roberts, Michael Fannon (Monica), Kevin Fannon (Ellen), Kristopher Kessel (Sarah), Laura Eonta, James Mertz, Jin, Emelé Mertz, Melissa Kessel and Karl Kessel; and her brothers, Richard English (Irene) and Thomas English. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
The Reverend Zbigniew Zomerfeld will officiate.Inurnment will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery, Port Huron.Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Vincent de Paul Society.Arrangements are by Karrer-Simpson Funeral Home.
