He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Weaver and Patricia Weaver (Walsh); his wife Julia Dauterman; his son Brady Weaver; and his sister Karen Weaver.
He is survived by: his children, Nick Weaver of Lapeer, Jamie Gould (Robert) of Brighton, Brendan Weaver (Amy), Damion Weaver (Christina) of Milford, Kendra Giefski of Arizona, Justin Weaver of Milford and Ryan Weaver of Highland; his stepchildren, Jeffery, Karen and Stephen; and his brother Raymond Weaver (Laura) of North Branch. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; 5 step grandchildren; 4 step great grandchildren.
