He is survived by: his mother Donna Joyce Perkinson; his wife Jayne McEwen Winters of Flushing, MI; his children, Jeremy Scott McEwen, Jackie McEwen Whelan (Chris P Whelan), Jordan Thomas Winters (Amber Janet Elaine Westley), Emily Grace Brumfield (Dennis Wayne Brumfield) and Charles Joseph Winters (Jayne); his grandchildren, Hailey Davis McEwen, Collin J Whelan, Bishop P Henry, Jayne Patricia Henry, Elizabeth Margaret McEwen, Savannah Rae Brumfield and Autumn Diane Brumfield; and his siblings, Barry Jason Winters, Amber Luanne Winters, Randy Lee Winters and Angela Geralyn Winters. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and more friends.
