He was predeceased by: his parents, John Moody and Ellen Moody; his wife Lydia Stornello; his son John Emmanuel Moody; his siblings, John, Leslie, James, Margaret Coron and Mildred Notkke; and his brothers-in-law, Dominic Stornello (Wanita), Louis Stornello and Joe Stornello (Charlotte).

He is survived by: his son Joseph (Tina); his grandchildren, Nicole, Michael, John, Tricia, Nikki and Jessica; and his sister-in-law Barbara Stornello. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Robert Bellarmine Church or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
