Campbell (Doan); his friend Becky Keller; his daughter Lesley Antoinette (John); his wife Becky Shaw; his grandchildren, Kaylee Maria Ingles (Ian), Anthony Wayne Maclin, Jaxon and Ainsley; his niece Tammy; and his uncle Ted Shaw.
