He was predeceased by: his parents, Thedore J. McIntosh and Dorothy McIntosh; his aunt Irene Bair of Birch Run; his sister-in-law Doreen Campbell; his former wife Delores McIntosh (Golwitzer); and also Mary Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Smith; his stepsons, Steven McGovern (Karen) of Flint and David McGovern (Shannon) of Las Vegas, Nevada; his daughters, Teresa Hammel (Stacy) of Florida and Mandy McIntosh (Nancy) of Florida; his siblings, Carol Derenzo (Steve) of Pinole, California, Connie Jamison (Bob) of Largo, Janet Ruggirello (Mike) of Fenton, Terry McIntosh (Joyce) of Montrose and Tom McIntosh (Theresa) of Kingston, Tennessee; his siblings-in-law, Norma Bowles (Dennis), Jim Smith (Pam) and Ed Smith (Sue); and his grandchildren, Brittnee Cronin of Davenport and Miranda McGovern of Flint. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, cousins; and a multitude of friends.
Due to covid concerns, a celebration of his life will be planned in the summer.
