She was predeceased by: her parents, Masayuki Tsushima and Ei Tsushima; her husband Charles; and her siblings, Shoichi, Nobuyuki, Kouji and Shigeko Tsushima.
She is survived by: her son Robert Burns (Christina); her grandson Robert C. Burns; and her niece Chiaki Tsushima. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
