She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Fabrick and Lillian Fabrick (Jokela); and her siblings-in-law, John Jacobs, Leslie Jacobs, Royce Gilbertson and Norine Gilbertson.
She is survived by: her husband Ray Jacobs; her children, Janice Addison (Michael) and Bryan Jacobs (Deana); her grandchildren, Darcy Jacobs, Dalton Jacobs and Chandra Addison; her great grandchildren, Natalie, Dean and Reid; her brother Richard Fabrick (Helen); and her siblings-in-law, Minor Jacobs (Linda) and Pat Jacobs. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
